In-Person Absentee Ballots
Eligibility
To be eligible to cast an absentee ballot in person in the Board of Elections Office, individuals must:
- Be registered to vote
- Complete an application for their absentee ballot
- Provide one of the six forms of photo identification required under Oklahoma law

Absentee Ballots Through the Mail
Availability
To ensure that you have time to receive your ballot and return it by Election Day, we recommend you make your request as early as possible. Ballot requests may be received up to 180 days prior to any election.
Applications
Any eligible voter requesting an absentee ballot through the mail must submit a request in writing to the Board of Elections Office. The application must state the voter's name, address, date of birth, and the date of the election for which the voter is requesting a ballot and the voter's signature.
No reason is necessary when requesting a ballot be mailed. The application may be mailed to the Pawnee County Election Board Office at:
