Building Codes

The State has adopted most of the 2015 Building Codes. Codes that were adopted by Cleveland include:

• 2015 International Building Code (Commercial)
• 2015 International Mechanical Code (IMC)
• 2015 International Residential Building Code (IRC)
• 2015 Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC)
