The Cleveland City Council employs a City Manager, Attorney and Treasurer to manage the affairs of the city. All other positions are employed by the City Manager. Police and Fire Chief positions are approved by the Council. The citizens of Cleveland elect the City Council. The Council meets on the second Thursday of each month at City Hall, which is located at 201 North Broadway St.
