When is my court date?: Municipal Court is held the first and third Thursday at 1:30 pm at the old City Hall, located at 201 North Broadway Street. If you do not appear for Court on your scheduled date, and your fine is unpaid, a warrant will be issued for your arrest.

2. When can I take my driver's test or get my drivers license renewed?: The Dept.of Public Safety no longer performs driver testing at the City of Cleveland. You must call the DPS office in Stillwater at 405-743-9140 or Tulsa at 918-632-7700 in order to schedule your driver's test. Or you may go to their website at http://www.dps.state.ok.us/dls/ to find the closest open testing site. More...

3. What should I do if I get a ticket for no insurance verification and I have insurance?: You must bring the proof of insurance to Cleveland City Hall, located at 105 W Caddo. The proof of insurance must list the exact car and the exact time frame of the ticket. This must be done before noon on the day of your scheduled court appearance.
